Peppermint Foot Soak

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 drop of eucalyptus essential oil and 1 drop of lemon essential oil

Note: You may opt to use only water and peppermint oil, but the last two oils help aid in the soothing, calming effect.

Directions:

1. Boil the water then let cool for a few minutes.

2. Pour this on a small basin where your feet can fit.

3. Add the essential oils.

4. Soak your feet as long as you like!

Milk Foot Soak

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 7 cups of water

Directions:

Mix the water and milk and heat mixture on stove top or microwave.

Pour the mixture in a small basin. The warmer the mixture, the better.

Soak your feet for at least 10 minutes.

Rinse with clean water then pat dry.

Apply your favorite foot lotion to soften your feet.
