Chakra Balancing Treatments

Chakra clearing and balancing is crucial to our health. Learn which chakra does what, and how to tell if it’s out of whack. Then follow the simple guidelines to clear, balance and strengthen your chakras, and get them spinning in the right direction.

Day 1 – The Red Chakra – found at the top of the legs

This chakra is about security and survival. Its function supports healthy bones and nerves. Symptoms of weakness include: sciatica and reproductive issues. Chronic fear is a symptom of blockage. Strengthen with aromatherapy by inhaling, and anointing your chakra with sweet, earthy and grounding aromas like Vetiver and Patchouli. Lay healing gemstones directly on your chakra, i.e. Red Ruby, Red Garnet. Visualize a wheel of red light spinning in a counter clockwise direction to cleanse, and in a clockwise direction to strengthen. Sound the Sanskrit seed syllable LA while focusing attention at your chakra. Recite the Mantra Affirmation: I am Connected, I am Safe, All is One. Conclude with the Gratitude Blessing: “I give thanks for being one with all of life.”

Day 2 – The Coral/Orange Chakra – located in upper pelvic area

This chakra is about sexuality and sensuality, and supports healthy relationships of all kinds, including with money. Symptoms of weakness include: lower back pain, urinary problems, addictions and power struggles. Chronic guilt is a symptom of blockage. Strengthen with aromatherapy by inhaling, and anointing your chakra with sensual aromas like Ylang Ylang and Rose. Lay healing gemstones on your chakra, i.e. Rose quartz, Carnelian.

Visualize a wheel of coral/orange light spinning in a counter clockwise direction to cleanse, and in a clockwise direction to strengthen. Sound the Sanskrit seed syllable BA while focusing attention at your chakra. Recite the Mantra Affirmation: I flow, I relate, I co-create. Conclude with the Gratitude Blessing: “I love and honor myself and all of life.”

Day 3 – The Yellow Chakra – located at solar plexus, just above navel

This chakra is about desire and supports self love and integrity. Symptoms of weakness include: eating disorders, hormonal and digestive system complaints, chronic fatigue. Chronic shame is a symptom of blockage. Strengthen with aromatherapy by inhaling, and anointing your chakra with sweet, sour, earthy, woody aromas like: Lemongrass and Sandalwood. Lay healing gemstones on your chakra, i.e. Emerald, Citrine. Visualize a wheel of yellow light spinning in a counter clockwise direction to cleanse, and in a clockwise direction to strengthen. Day 4 – The Green Chakra – located at your heart

This chakra is about compassion. It supports the body’s communication systems, and gives rise to the sense of touch and clairsentience. Symptoms of weakness include: Cardio-vascular and respiratory problems, restrictions upper thoracic area. Chronic depression is a symptom of blockage. Strengthen with aromatherapy by inhaling, and anointing your chakra with sweet, citrus aromas like: Neroli and Sweet Orange. Lay healing gemstones on your chakra, i.e. Gold Topaz, Rose Quartz. Visualize a wheel of green light spinning in a counter clockwise direction to cleanse, and in a clockwise direction to strengthen. Sound the Sanskrit seed syllable YAM while focusing attention at your chakra. Recite the Mantra Affirmation: I touch, I feel, I love. Conclude with Gratitude Blessing: “I am an unconditionally loving person.”

Day 5 – The Blue Chakra – located at your throat

This chakra is about intention and creativity. It supports self expression and clairaudience. Symptoms of weakness include: throat, voice, hearing and thyroid problems. Day 6 – The Purple Indigo Chakra – located between your eyebrows

This chakra is about awareness and intelligence. It gives rise to imagination and clairvoyance. Symptoms of weakness include: Headache, confusion, eye problems, learning disabilities. Illusion, recurring nightmares, lack of focus and discipline are symptoms of blockage. Strengthen with aromatherapy by inhaling, and anointing your chakra with sweet, warm, citrus aromas like: Spikenard, Petitgrain. Lay healing gemstones on your chakra, i.e. Moonstone, Clear Quartz Crystal. Visualize a wheel of purple indigo light spinning in a counter clockwise direction to cleanse, and in a clockwise direction to strengthen. Sound the Sanskrit seed syllable AH while focusing attention at your chakra. Recite the Mantra Affirmation: I perceive, I integrate, I see truth. Conclude with the Mantra Affirmation: “It is safe for me to see the truth.”

Day 7 – The White/Violet Chakra – located at top of your head

This chakra is about inspiration and spirituality. It gives rise to thoughts and claircognizance. Symptoms of weakness include: Endocrine and musculoskeletal disorders, environmental hypersensitivity. Loss of purpose and confusion are symptoms of blockage. Strengthen with aromatherapy by inhaling, and anointing your chakra with sweet, citrus, or floral aromas like Rose, Neroli. Lay healing gemstones on your chakra, i.e. Amethyst, Clear Diamond. Visualize a wheel of white/violet light spinning in a counter clockwise direction to cleanse, and in a clockwise direction to strengthen. Sound the Sanskrit seed syllable AUM while focusing attention at your chakra. Recite the Mantra Affirmation: I am silence, I am truth, I am one with the Divine. Conclude with the gratitude blessing: “I enter the silence and know truth.”
