Fibromyalgia Herbal Remedies to Help You Sleep

Passion Flower is also rich in magnesium and other nutrients essential for the health of your nerves and muscles. Passion flower reduces restlessness, anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. It also relieves muscle spasms, pain and is used for high blood pressure. Mix Passion flower with spearmint for a delicious tea.
