You’ve thrown a great party and now you have a gallon and a half of leftover salsa. What do you do? Salsa is the most sold condiment in the world for a reason – it works with virtually any food! Gone are the days of just using it on nachos or in a chip dip. Check out our compilation of what you can do with leftover salsa.

1. Mix your favorite salsa with mayonnaise or ketchup; use as a dip for french fries.

2. Combine with softened butter and refrigerate for a salsa compound butter; add thin slices to a grilled steak.

3. Stir into scrambled eggs or add to omelets and frittatas.

4. Spoon into cooked grits; add bacon and cheese.

5. Add to burger meat mixtures or slather on top of burgers. How about a Veggie Burger with two slices of avocado & salsa?

6. Add lime juice and pureed salsa and marinate meat.
