  1. Where it calls for 4 cups powdered milk, is it 4 cups of the powder or 4 cups of milk made from the powder?

  2. The recipe looks awesome, but still need to try once…I am sure it will work, but I think a thing that matters is the water also. Softened water is also necessary for healthy skin.
