Brown Sugar Body Scrub

Brown Sugar Body Scrub


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon glycerin
  • 2 tablespoons finely ground coffee
  • Contents of 1 green tea bag
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, extra virgin olive oil, liquid honey, grated orange peel, glycerin, finely ground coffee, and the contents of the green tea bag.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are properly combined.
  3. Slowly add the melted coconut oil to the mixture and continue mixing until it forms a thick paste-like consistency.
  4. Transfer the scrub into a clean, airtight jar or container for storage.

How to Use:

  1. Before each use, give the body scrub a good stir to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. In the shower or bath, dampen your body with warm water.
  3. Take a small amount of the scrub and gently massage it onto your skin in circular motions, focusing on areas with rough patches or dryness.
