Love the taste of peanut butter cookies but don’t want the gluten? Try out our simple to make gluten free peanut butter cookies.

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

No gluten, great taste.


  • I cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 medium egg
  • Chocolate chips optional


  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until it thickens. Drop golf ball size dough onto a cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Add a chocolate chip in the center of each cookie.
  2. Preheat oven at 350F, bake for 10-12 min.
  3. Allow the cookies to cool before taking them off of the pan cause they will crumble.

Enjoy! P.s... you can also drizzle melted milk chocolate over them after they are cooked and allow to cool.
