Easy Homemade Fruit Pops
Beat the summer heat with these easy homemade fruit pops, a healthy and refreshing treat that everyone will love! This simple recipe is a fantastic way to use up fresh or frozen fruit and get the whole family, especially kids, involved in the kitchen. With endless flavor combinations, you can customize your fruit pops to be as unique as you are.
Ingredients and Supplies
- Fresh or frozen fruit (your choice; a frozen mix works great)
- Fruit juice (your choice; passion fruit or apple juice are good options)
- Popsicle molds or small cups
- Popsicle sticks (if not using molds with built-in handles)

Instructions
- Prepare the Molds: Take your popsicle molds and fill them with small, chopped pieces of fruit. You can use one type of fruit or a mix, like peaches, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple. Don’t pack the fruit in too tightly.
- Add the Juice: Pour your chosen fruit juice into each mold, filling it up to the top.
- Insert Sticks: If your molds have built-in handles, secure them. If not, insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until they are completely frozen solid.
- Serve: To easily remove the fruit pops from their molds, run a little hot water around the bottom of each container for a few seconds. Give it a gentle twist, and it should pop right out!
Pro Tip
For a creamier, smoothie-like texture, try blending your fruit with Greek yogurt or a splash of coconut milk before pouring it into the molds. This makes the popsicles even more satisfying!
