Homemade Lemon and Mint Mouthwash
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 drop of peppermint essential oil (optional)
Directions:

In a small saucepan, heat the water and mint leaves until the water comes to a rolling boil.

Remove the boiling water and mint leaves from heat and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the mint leaves from the water and discard.

Add the fresh lemon juice, baking soda, and peppermint essential oil (optional) to the mint water and stir well.

Pour the mouthwash into a glass container with a lid.

Shake the container well before each use.
