Red Wine on Carpet
– BY LISA F
This will probably sound crazy but it works like a charm. When red wine is spilled on the carpet just pour white wine on top!!! Make sure to pour it completely over the red wine stain then blot thoroughly (no rubbing), I like to use a disposable diaper as the absorbency is fabulous, but a sanitary napkin/pad (Kotex) works in a pinch.
Baking Soda Idea
– BY MAMASAN49
Keep a shaker of baking soda by your sink, great for scouring ceramic baking dishes, plastic tableware, etc. Inexpensive and doesn’t scratch.
Removing Heel Marks
– BY S. CRAWFORD
If you get black marks on your floors from high heels, just erase them! A plain pink eraser does the trick every time!
