This homemade body scrub is designed to invigorate and exfoliate the skin. These natural ingredients are good for all skin types but is especially beneficial to acne prone, or tired aging skin.
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 3 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 3 tablespoons used coffee grounds
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon raw oatmeal
Mix all ingredients together, then while standing in the shower apply the scrub over the entire face and body avoiding the eye area. Let it sit for 5 minutes. ( you may feel the skin tingle from the rosemary and salt) Gently scrub the mixture into your skin then wash off with warm water. It’s a little messy but worth the effort. Your skin will feel fresh, soft and renewed.
Use it to exfoliate your skin once a week.
You can store this recipe up to 1 week. Makes 1 full body treatment.
