Time Saver: Coffee Stash
I love my coffee, especially first thing in the morning to get my day started, but sometimes I am short on time so just want to get that coffee brewing as quickly as possible or when company drops in and you are deep in conversation it take a few minutes to get the coffee filers out, measure all the coffee then add the water to the coffee maker. What I found was a little short cut to having the coffee ready sooner.
Its a simple tip but trust me, its a time saver.
Take 10-12 coffee filters and lay them out on the counter separately. Into each one, measure out the amount of coffee it would take to make the amount of cups you want.
Once each one is filled, carefully stack it on another filter that was filled.
Do this until all is done. Then place them all inside a large high container. I tried using the big coffee cans to stash mine in but found it a little tricky to get out so you want something that’s easy to access. Make sure it has a lid to seal in the coffee freshness. Store somewhere cool.
Next time its coffee time, take one pre-measured filter out and pop it into the coffee maker, add water and you are good to go.
