great article, it would be nice to also get information/recipes for how to use these herbs for hair growth. Like nettles: do you eat them or steep them in water to apply to the scalp. I found a shampoo recipe where you steep nettle, sage and rosemary leaves and add the extract to castile soap for a shampoo that promotes hair regrowth. A how-To article would really help.
