Body Scrub Recipes That Effectively Treat Your Cellulite Problems

You will need one fourth cup of fresh coffee grounds, a tablespoon of Grape seed oil, one fourth cup of yogurt and two tablespoons of honey. The first thing that you need to do is to warm the grape seed oil and honey over low heat until such time that they blend well with each other. Afterwards, remove the mixture from the heat and add the fresh coffee grounds and yogurt.
Gently massage the finish product on your dimpled skin, and make sure that you apply it on a circular motion. Leave the scrub on your skin for about ten minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water and let your skin dry. Moisturize your skin afterwards in order to achieve a smooth, healthy and glowing skin.
Second Recipe
For this recipe, you will need a teaspoon of freshly ground coffee, one half cup of sea salt, one fourth cup of clay, eight drops each of peppermint oil, grapefruit essential oil, orange essential oil and a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Simply mix all the ingredients and then blend with small amount of milk in order to achieve a smooth paste. Afterwards, store the finish product on an air tight canister and keep it in a fridge.
After 24 to 48 hours, take the product out and apply gently on the affected areas of your skin. Make sure that you massage it entirely on your skin on a circular motion and then leave the product on your skin for at least ten minutes. Rinse off the scrub and do not forget to apply a moisturizer to keep your skin from drying.

Third Recipe
For this anti-cellulite body scrub recipe, you will need three tablespoons of granulated sugar, two tablespoons each of castor oil and yogurt and then two pieces of whole eggs. All you need to do is to simply mix all the ingredients on a bowl making sure that there are no lumps on the mixture. Unlike the two previous body scrubs recipes, this recipe focuses more on exfoliation and is best applied before you step on the shower.
Even though these recipes are truly effective in removing cellulite in your skin, it could take longer before the effects would show-up. Also, you will need to adhere to the regular application of this product on your skin in order to achieve a smooth and dimpled free skin. It is also very important that you exercise regularly and watch your diet.
