Mini Christmas Puddings
I have a great little recipe for these mini Christmas puddings. They are made from chocolate, marshmallows and rice Krispies. They are very simple to make and kids will love them.
Mini Christmas Puddings
You will need:
- 50g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 180g (3/4 cup) marshmallows
- 100g (1/2 cup) Rice Krispies, or your favorite cereal
- 200g (1 cup) milk chocolate
- 100g (1/2 cup) white chocolate or white candy melts
- Some kind of Holly leaf decorations
1. Melt butter and milk chocolate in a pan
2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
3. Add in Rice Krispies. Take off heat and stir well.
4. Once they have cooled a little. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and roll into a ball. Put these on a tray lined with non stick paper. Chill for 15 minutes.
5. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts and pour into a piping bag. Pipe onto top of pudding and add Holly decoration.
6. Pop back into fridge for another 15 minutes.
7. Eat and enjoy!!!!!
