Today we will be looking at some natural remedies for hay fever.I know this problem all too well as I have suffered from hay fever most of my life. In the days gone by I used to try all sorts of over the counter cures but a lot of those are hit and miss in my opinion. This natural wonder food is not only the one food that doesn’t spoil. It can help desensitize you to pollen which is what our immune system reacts to when allergy season comes back into town. A month or so before the season of sneezing arrives, take a spoonful of honey each day. Listen Honey; it works.


Ginger is a great remedy for strengthening your immune system which in turn naturally fights the affects of hay fever allergies. When allergy season arrives make sure to incorporate some ginger into your diet.


Garlic is well known for clearing congestion and for fighting the symptoms of hay fever.
