Ricotta, Basil, and Strawberry Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread (toasted)
  • 1 Tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 3 fresh basil leaves (sliced into strips)
  • 2-4 strawberries (sliced into thin strips)
