Soothing Summer Body Spray Recipe
This body spray is perfect for hot summer days, post-workout or whenever you need a quick pick-me-up!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup distilled water
- 2 tablespoons witch hazel
- 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 2-3 drops of lemongrass essential oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small spray bottle, mix together the water and witch hazel.
2. Add the peppermint essential oil and lemongrass essential oil to the mixture.
3. If desired, include the vegetable glycerin to help moisturize the skin and make the scent last longer.
4. Shake the bottle well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Store the body spray in the refrigerator or a cool place for an extra refreshing experience.
