Many vitamins and herbs that help with stopping hair loss. There are just as many that will help to grow your hair back, some are the same, some are different.

Vitamins B6

This is a water-soluble vitamin and comes in three major chemical forms: pyridoxamine, pyridoxine, and pyridoxal. It helps with many functions of the body and is essential for healthy hair growth and hair health in general. It is used in over one hundred different enzymes that help with protein metabolism.   1. great article, it would be nice to also get information/recipes for how to use these herbs for hair growth. Like nettles: do you eat them or steep them in water to apply to the scalp. I found a shampoo recipe where you steep nettle, sage and rosemary leaves and add the extract to castile soap for a shampoo that promotes hair regrowth. A how-To article would really help.
