What do you suggest for very fine hair to thicken it?
Use volumizing shampoo and conditioner: Look for products specifically formulated for fine hair that add volume and thickness without weighing it down.
Use a volumizing mousse: Apply a small amount of mousse to your roots before blow-drying to give your hair a lift.
Blow-dry your hair upside down: This drying method helps lift your roots and add volume to your hair.
Avoid heavy hair products: Heavy styling products can weigh down your hair and make it look flat. Opt for lightweight products that won’t weigh down your hair.
Get regular trims: Split ends can make fine hair look thinner. Regular trims can help prevent split ends and make your hair look healthier and thicker.
Eat a healthy diet: Eating a diet rich in protein and vitamins can help promote healthy hair growth and thickness.
