Revitalize Tired Feet
Revitalize tried sore feet with this easy but effective peppermint foot soak.
Soak sore feet in a large bowl for 10 minutes in a mixture of 1/2 cup sea salt and 2 tablespoons of peppermint oil (you can use the cooking kind), mix into two quarts of warm-hot water.
